You need to have Firefox for this to work. What you need to do is the following:
- Install Adblock extension for Firefox from here.
- Then open the page that you can't edit in the editor. You will probably have the section with the JS frozen and would not be able to access the [edit html] window. In case that you can edit the html then just delete the JS and you are done otherwise proceed to 3.
- Click on adblock and find a script which is called "http://pagead2.googlesyndicatio
n.com/pagead/show_ads.js " and just click it once. This script is just an example, taken because this is the JS script for AdSense that many people got stuck on. Your script might have another name. You will recognize it due to 2 things: the first one is that it will have a .js extension and the second being the fact that it will be stated as a SCRIPT inside the Adblock window. Whatever your scripts name is, click it once and proceed.
- Then click OK in the Adblock window.
- Then save the page and refresh it by clicking go and not the refresh button or F5.
- The ad should now be invisible, and the code will probably be there. If you want you can remove the code then. Just select the section in which the JS code is found and simply delete it. You can however leave it, since it will give you no trouble as long as you have Adblock installed.
- You can now take a look at the tips related to Adsense in the directory.
