This is better then using a mailto link. A mailto link can easily be found by a spam bot on a page scan and is not that practical for users also. If they do not use Outlook then it is almost useles for them. This way you are making it easier for them and more secure and cool for you.
First you need to go to JotForm and make your form. Then you will be asked to register which is really simple process. After that you will be brought to your main page and the code for the form that you made will be provided.
While making the form itself there are a few things that you should remember. First of all maker sure that you do not have too many fields compulsory because that is REALLY annoying. When your user sees 10 fields that he/she has to fill out, they are immediately reluctant to send you a message, as it may not be worth it. I know so many sites that ask for more details in their "contact me" forms then some sites ask for registration. It might be cool to see where a person comes from but you need to think about the user as well as your site. Balance the two.
My for has only 4 fields: Name, Email, Subject and the Message. I reckon that there is actually no need for any more details when contacting someone. Name, so that I can refer to them while contacting them, Email so that I can get back to them personally, Subject so that I immediately know what the message is about and the actual message.
Since you are done now with the form, you need to copy the code given. Since JotForm has restructured, you should chose the code for the frames and not the one with long code. Once you have done that, just paste it into the [edit html] window of the page that is to be your "contact me" page.
I would recommend having a separate page just for contacting you so that the user can be focussed on when they want to say.
